[Rock-dev] GUI for autoproj

For what it's worth, having had to introduce autoproj to two
completely new teams in the last two years, in my experience the order
of priority to streamline autoproj usage would be

1. completely rewrite the documentation
2. create a tool to start a new project (especially start a new package set)
999. create a GUI
