[Rock-dev] Info - New PCL checkout from github repository

Dear Rocks,

The PCL check out has been changed from tarball to github 
(https://github.com/rock-core/rock-package_set/pull/109). We did not 
provide a smooth transition. It means, updating will fail in case you 
previously had slam/pcl installed in your rock. The easiest thing to do 
is to remove your current pcl installation and build with the new one:

$ git pull (in your /autoproj/remote/rock folder)

-- from your rock root directory
$rm -rf slam/pcl
$autoproj build slam/pcl

PCL version stays the same as before: pcl-1.7.1
