[Rock-dev] simple base script to print task state on console

Hi,

do you think a small simple script to continuously display the current
state of a task on the command line would come in handy in base/scripts?

I use such a script in a non-gui environment (no rock-display). Output
is quite similar to Orocos.watch(), using Orocos::Async to also display
a non-reachable-state.
