[Rock-dev] simple base script to print task state on console

Hi,

Looks quite similar to "orops" from orocos.rb (tools/orocos.rb/bin/orops).

But your script does not display all tasks known to corba (and shows non 
existent tasks)

I'd rather extend orops with more options like: adding unknown task 
names, a continuous mode (where the script doesn't stop), and a "dont 
request nameserver for task names" mode.
