I am/was involved in three other recent projects at DFKI:

In the SmartKom project, I was responsible for Natural Language Generation (NLG) in a Concept-to-Speech approach.

Also in the VirtualHuman and Smartweb projects, we will employ our Core Dialog Engine, including the Natural Language Generation component.

On the basis of the work on SmartKom, I designed a project on natural language access to the ARIS toolset of IDS Scheer AG (article in German).

I was responsible for DFKI's part of the UNL project (see also this link to IAI).

Previously, I worked in the Generation group of the Verbmobil project.

While a postdoctoral fellow at IRCS, the Institute for Research in Cognitive Science, I was a member of the XTAG group.
