At least 2 rooms equiped with PCs and Sun Workstations should be available for e-mail and for small demos at conference hours and earlier in the day. This makes a total of 40 PCs and 18 Suns available. Larger demos can be organized in rooms dedicated to that purpose, where only a single machine will be connected. About 5 such rooms can be obtained, if needed, in addition to those mentioned above. A technician will be there all the time to make sure that everything works satisfactorily. Local representatives of computer companies (e.g. SUN micro-systems) also usually lend a few computers (about 10 machines). These can be welcome for demos and software exhibitions. If necessary, we may also rent a few computers.
