Same possibilities as above, different types of rooms are available.
Another possibility is to have workshops organized outside the city: in the mountains, at sea resorts or in old castles which abound in the vicinity, with associated catering and rooms at a very reasonable cost (i.e. less than 500F per day, full board). This can be interesting for regularly organized workshops, with a well-established community such as EWNLG, to cite just one example. Availability will depend on the dates at which workshops will be selected and reservations made. This can be an opportunity for participants to visit the area.
Finally, a few rooms at the university can be reserved for student sessions (or an auditorium) and for project papers (if any) involving major software demos.
