Toulouse downtown, close to the conference location (less than 800 m) has numerous hotels of various standards, with prices ranging from 200F (2* hotels) to 800 F (4*) (32 to 130 Euros). Blocks of rooms can be reserved and prices can be negociated up to 30% reduction. In addition, hotels in Toulouse are relatively cheap, compared e.g. to Paris (same for restaurants).
We have an agreement with 'Elysée Ouest', a non-profit organization in Toulouse, who can provide all the assistance for hotel reservations and sending confirmations to participants (see letter in annex). Reservations will be made at no cost for the participants. The center of the city is very safe at any time and guests can walk around without any problems.
