To be more specific:

When you have the following text spoken...

"Hallo! Hallo? Hallo."

... all 3 Hallo's sound the same.

I guess that is a voice independend behaviour. 
At least it was the same with all Mary example voices.

I thought that at least "Hallo?" and "Hallo." would sound different, but they don't.
