Mmmmm .... I'm not sure what you actually mean.

The orocos toolchain does contain an orogen version that is recent 
enough to be able to handle rock orogen components. So, in general, yes: 
you can use rock components in your orocos-toolchain-based projects. I 
recently added support for the deployer, so it should work fine.

I'll post the steps to make it work when using autoproj. If you are 
using rosbuild, you will have to add the dependencies required by the 
orogen projects that you want to use.

As to "copy paste the task", I'm not really sure what you meant by that ;-)
