[Rock-dev] plotting in rock

I was a bit annoyed about the non existing live plotting capability of 
rock therefore I added a new
Plot2d widget and a script for live plotting.

you can now do:
rock-plot task_name.port_name.field_name:field_name2  ...
to plot data on the fly

The widget is also integrated into the TaskInspector. If you do a right 
click on an any float or integer value of a
typelib type you can select the Plot2d widget from the pull down menu.
