[Rock-dev] Eigen::VectorX in ruby replaces std::vector<double>

Hi,
I used a std::vector<double> as intermediate type for Eigen::VectorXd.
I also added typelib conversion in ruby_types.
Now in base/actuators/command it takes Eigen::VectorX instead of
std::vector<double> for the ruby type (here
<http://rock-robotics.org/master/types/base/actuators/Command.html>).
Is that done automatically? Can that be avoided? Should that be avoided?
