[Rock-dev] Autoproj and Cross-compilation

Hey Charles,

currently cross-compilation is not directly embedded into autoproj.
For now and on this topic you find information in the 'work-in-progress' 
guide on https://rock.opendfki.de/wiki/WikiStart/Toolchain/XcompiledRTT 
--  next week will update this guide and add some scripts to facilitate 
this process.
