Project

Edutainment 3.0

Innovative workflow technologies for producing and experiencing interactive edutainment

  • Duration:

In Edutainment 3.0 an interactive video platform is developed, which supports the learning process with multimedia data. Efficient methods for analysis and indexing will be developed to reveal valuable information in large video archives. At the same time, users can contribute their own content, which will be integrated seamlessly into the learning environment. Similar to YouTube - but structured.

The competence center MADM develops technologies for automatic recognition of visual concepts in this project to search for specific locations, events or activities. Thus, professional editors are supported in creating high-quality films and documentaries as well as private users to find interesting content. Using Edutainment 3.0 tomorrow's learning will turn into an interactive experience.
