A European data space, a secure and trustworthy infrastructure, collaboration in AI research and transfer to practice - all these measures can strengthen Europe's position in the global data economy. The European Big Data Value Forum 2020, which will take place from November 3 to 5, 2020, as part of the German EU Council Presidency, will focus on how these requirements can be realized. The European Lead Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data is organized by the Big Data Value Association (BDVA) with the support of the European Commission.
After keynotes by, among others, Federal Research Minister Anja Karliczek, the Governing Mayor of Berlin Michael Müller, Karl-Heinz Streibich, Co-Chairman of the Learning Systems Platform and acatech President, and Frank Melzer, Head of the Steering Committee of the Industry 4.0 Platform, experts from European and German science, business and politics will provide insights into the state of the art in research on artificial intelligence and big data, discuss innovative data-driven applications in medicine, mobility or autonomous systems and political strategies.
